Super-creepy portrait of the Danish royal family

When the Danish royal family decided to commission its first family portrait in 125 years, I guess they decided "go weird or go home." This artistic masterpiece is meant to riff on a historic portrait of the family, but it seems to be drawing from "The Shining" as inspiration more than anything else.
