The Venture Brothers is one of my all-time favorite shows. To celebrate the release of the hour-long Season 5 episode this Sunday night, let's take a look at all of the wild and wonderful crafting and fanart creations that Venture Bros fans have created over the years.
Knitting
When it comes to knitting, obviously the first thing we have to point out is that Dr. Mrs. The Monarch (nee Dr. Girlfriend) herself is a knitter. We see her knitting several times in the show, but I'm not sure if we ever see the end result of her knitting. I wonder if she has been working on the same knitting project for the last decade, or maybe she just suffers from startitis and has a whole closet crammed full of unfinished knitting projects. THE FANS DEMAND TO KNOW.
In other knitting-related Venture Bros crafts, Robyn Cook created a knit version of Hank Venture's blue neckerchief for her Halloween costume, and she has posted the pattern for free here on her blog.
Kimberly Fairchild of DrGirlfriendKnits.com (which is down at the moment, but presumably will be back soon) designed a Dr. Girlfriend pattern for an illusion scarf. Illusion scarves are a clever technique which create a pattern that you can only see when you look at them from a specific angle. A great stealth way to carry your Venture love with you, when you might not want to be "loud and proud" about it.
Bunny Bard created an incredible hoodie based on the Henchmen's costumes. The body, sleeves, and hood are knit, with crocheted embellishments added. When you pull the hood down over your face, it looks like you're wearing a Henchmen mask. LOVE. IT.

Crochet
In the world of amigurumi, we have this adorable H.E.L.P.eR., and this super cute Dean Venture.
Sewing
This Craftster member made an adorable felt Henchman 24 doll for her brother. (Too bad it didn't come with a removable head attached with Velcro.)
Venture Bros cosplay is a big thing, which gladdens my heart. The last time I went to Emerald City Comicon, I saw a dude in a Henchman 24 costume which was outstanding. Here are some other great examples of Venture Bros cosplay: Trianna and Dean, Dr. Girlfriend, The Monarch, and my personal favorite, a gender-bent Dr. Killinger. (Her murderbag is adorable!)
Quilting
The Venture Bros. t-shirt club was a popular subscription service back in the Season 3 era. (Psst - there's another t-shirt club sign-up going on right now.) This Flickr user stopped wearing t-shirts, so she repurposed her beloved Venture Bros shirts into a great quilt.
Jewelry
There is a ton of Venture Brothers stuff for sale on Etsy. Most of it is the usual thing - copyright infringement t-shirts, vinyl decals, and the like. But check out these amazing Venture Industries logo plugs! And these Monarch logo pasties are pretty funny, too.

Embroidery/Cross Stitch/Needlepoint
The Venture Industries and Monarch logos show up in a lot of crafts, and the world of embroidery is no different. Here's a Venture Industries logo for sale on Etsy if you want one of your very own! I also found this adorable embroidered portrait of Henchman 21 eating cereal.
Strangely, I found the skull logo available for sale as a cross stitch pattern in several places. This is probably the simplest visual item from the show; why not just make your own logo? Keep those dollars and put them in Publick & Hammer's hands instead by buying an official DVD set.
There are a lot of embroidered patches floating around, but my favorite Venture Bros embroidery work is this hand-embroidered and felt creation by crafter Chelsea Bloxsom. It seems like fans often go for the easy win (like the Monarch logo) but if you dig a little deeper, there are so many better things you can memorialize in craft - like Hank's undying Batman fascination, and his inability to keep his tongue out of the mouth hole of his mask.
Other
How cute are these Venture Brothers peg dolls?! The expressions on their faces are absolutely wonderful.
And as a unique crafting item, I also like this set of Venture Bros tile coasters. First time I have ever come across fanart coasters!
