Steam controllers will start shipping soon

The new Steam controller has been a long time in the making, but a final version is finally here, and going to start shipping this October. The new controller combines with Steam's new ability to stream PC games to your television to make Steam an Xbox/Playstation Killer.

The controller has an interesting set-up for its switches: they feature an analog pull, with a digital switch at the end, for a combination of excellent analog and responsiveness, combined with digital precision.
