Radical Vaudeville's "Extreme Love" at the C.O.W.
Do you ever get tired of going to the same old bars and parties? Would you prefer something new and exciting for your next night out? If what you're craving are thrills that fly a little “under the radar,” head down to the Lower East Side's C.O.W. Theater this Wednesday night for Radical Vaudeville.
Hosted by Gabrielle St. Evensen and Terry “Kid Lucky” Lewis, Radical Vaudeville is an eclectic, countercultural variety show for lovers of comedy, art, music, sex and – most importantly – ever so fabulous weirdness. This month, the show's theme is Extreme Love, which pays a radical tribute to passion, obsession, kinkiness, calculated hatred, impossible mothers and psycho ex-lovers. The line-up for February includes Darlinda Just Darlinda, Wrecking Ball Improv with Destiny Rivera and Kathryn Dunn, Aurelio Voltaire, Fritz Donnelly and many, many more.
The C.O.W. (Celebration of Whimsey) Theater is located at 21-A Clinton Street between Stanton and Houston streets in Manhattan. The doors open at eight thirty on Wednesday, February 4th and the show starts at nine. Tickets are just twelve bucks, so grab a few friends and lovers and prepare yourselves for a night of wildly fun, bizarre entertainment unlike anything else you'll find in NYC.
