Race against the tide
The people of Kangiqsujuaq risk their lives, under literally tons of ice, for a nice mussel dinner. They have precious few minutes under the ice to collect their meal before the water rushes back in... all this under the constant threat of the ice caving in. Perhaps you should think about that the next time you are in the drive through impatiently waiting an extra few minutes for your french fries...
