Ready for some easy, no-cook oatmeal? Make this batch of refrigerator overnight oatmeal for a simple morning tomorrow. It looks so yummy that I may get right on it after I write this!

Do you want to try your hand at making your own Gatorade?

Make a month’s worth of green smoothies ahead of time with these easy tips. I can’t wait to try these, too!

Wood Sprite and I have been making a lot of mango lassis lately—you can buy mangoes for about 50 cents when you know where to shop (cough—Aldi!)—and I am pleased to share all of these health benefits from mangoes with you. It’s a great time to buy and eat them. We like to mix ours with whatever yogurt we have on hand (strawberry really highlights that mango flavor) and add just a tiny bit of juice for sweetness.

This Crispy Cheddar Chicken seems a bit heavy for summer, but I bet it makes a killer comfort food for cold days.

The same goes for these Zucchini Parmesan Crisps—yum!

And check out this idea for mini pies. You can fill them with anything you want, from fruit to meat, and use them at potlucks, quick co-op snacks, or individualized dinners for those nights when everyone wants something different. Let the kids pick their own fillings and make them even more unique!
