Plus peach cobbler, zucchini chips and more!

Tasty Tuesday: Strawberry Lemonade Bites

These strawberry lemonade bites sound pretty amazing! If you have some lemons, condensed milk, graham crackers, strawberries, eggs (or Egg Beaters, per the recipe), gelatin and brown sugar, you are good to go with this. But seriously, they look so good that they’re probably worth the trip to get these ingredients.

One of my beloved English teachers has been sharing a bunch of scrumptious recipes on Facebook, and I thought I’d pass them along. Thanks, Mrs. H!

Southern Peach Cobbler—I am a huge fan of blackberry cobbler, but I would totally go for this, too. I have to have ice cream with my cobbler; how about you?

And speaking of delicious cobblers and pies, did you hear that you get free pie with ANY purchase at O’Charley’s on Wednesdays now? My family and I go there anyway to eat cheap—endless soup and salad!—so we recently all tried a slice. I have to say that the apple was pretty amazing.

Garlic Broccoli—Wood Sprite loves garlic on everything, even her popcorn, and broccoli is her favorite vegetable. I may have to make this for dinner tonight!

Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken—Look at how simple this recipe is! It’s only a few ingredients and I bet it is sooo yummy. I’m sure you could substitute vegan chicken if you wanted, too.

Zucchini Chips—My mom just brought us over a fresh zucchini, and I was going to just cook a bit in some oil and use the rest for fried zucchini fries, but I may have to make these crispy chips instead!
