Special announcement: New content at Progressive Parenting!

I don’t usually post on Sundays, but I wanted to let you know that we've been having so much fun here at Progressive Parenting, Conscious Caregiving that I’m going to be able to write an extra six posts per week! I’m so excited to be able to share even more information, crazy good food ideas and messy-messy-messy projects with you.

Which leads me to today’s post: What do you want to learn more about? I want this to be your new homeschooling and unschooling hub, with information relevant to your life. Do you want Pinterest-worthy activities, gentle resources for caregiving, book and media reviews? Do you like the quotes with graphics from an unschooler mindset? Would you like some videos featuring relevant topics? Let me know in the comments.

Is there another theme you’d like to check out each week? I’m not adding more daily themes—because that might get a little confusing with so many going on!—but I was thinking of adding a random Geekin’ Out theme once a week because, let’s face it, we alternative learners like to let our freak flags fly, and those freak flags often include Princess Leia hair and Hermione Granger quotations. I’m telling you, it’s the best time in history to be a nerd; when I was in high school, I was bullied as a nerd and today it’s a hot trend. Even if it weren't  our kids would be free to embrace their eccentricities anyway because they don’t go to school.
