Sat Steals: Free or $1 Homeschool Planners

Here’s a free 40-week curriculum planner from Free Homeschool Deals. If you’re an unschooler and just jot down what your kids do every day like we do, it should work fine for you but it doesn’t really give you a lot of space for writing in subjects—and when you have to track hours like many states require, it makes it more difficult. Still, it’s totally free and it’s also nice looking. I bought this year’s planner for a buck at Target, myself. Aside from field trips, activities like Scouts and 4H, art supplies and late library book fees this is pretty much all we spend on homeschooling. And all of those costs would be spent whether we did or not!

Speaking of Target, you can buy 3 pizzas and get 1 free all week! No coupon necessary.

Olive Garden has some great coupons for subscribers. Get $5 off two dinners or $3 off two lunches.

Currclick has a free Nature Study guide for you to download. You have to be a member, but membership is also free and easy to sign up for.

Get $3 off a Dickey’s family pack with this coupon. It’s a great deal for a family picnic.

The Reading Mama is offering a free Animal Kingdom Pack you might be interested in.

My favorite freebie this week is this adorable Kids’ Culinary Passport. Wood Sprite loves travel and passports as well as cooking, so I think she’ll get a kick out of this “cook your way around the world” adventure! Plus, if you sign up for the site’s newsletter, you also get another freebie—a download of 100 rainy day activities.
