Friday Fun: Upcycled clothing tutorials
Earlier this week, I mentioned that Wood Sprite and I are considering upcycling her clothing a bit more to make new outfits. Here is a list of 38 different fashion tutorials for upcycling belts, t-shirts, and everything in between. Let me know if you try any of them out!
And speaking of upcycling, check out this list of things to do with water bottles.
Make this cool geometric planter. I have a file called “Home Sweet Home” that I keep a lot of these ideas in for later—I really need a home DIY day soon to cross some of them off! Speaking of which, I also love this idea for creating your own farm table.
The Crafty Crow has some super colorful, fun art projects to do. These would be perfect during the gloomy days of winter like the ones we’ve been having lately.
Make your own DIY all-natural baby wipes.
I just love these little footprints in the style of a heart. Even if your baby’s grown, if you have a copy of his or her footprints you could definitely still do this. My daughter’s eight and her feet are almost as big as mine already!
Make some simple watercolor circle paintings to decorate your home with the help of your family.
Make this adorable PacMan blanket!
Got a cardboard box on hand this weekend? Make a homemade washer and dryer, or some adorable play houses.
How about a fun backyard band out of tin cans and paint?
