Video: Special K wants to "shut down fat talk"

Special K has a new project called “SHHHHH” intended to shut down fat talk. They printed out things women actually said about their own bodies (like “I have a muffin top” and “my face looks so fat today”) and integrated them into a clothing boutique. Signs, clothing labels, even some of the clothes themselves were emblazoned with these cruel things that we say about ourselves everyday without thinking twice about it.

This project is an interesting wake-up call, but also Special K promotes its “diet” which (surprise!) involves eating more Special K and is pretty bad for you, nutritionally speaking. So there’s that.
