Scientists scour the internet for time travelers
A group of Cornell University researchers is scouring the internet for evidence of time travelers. Their theory is that if someone travels back in time, they will post about a major event just a little earlier than they should have. (e.g. publishing a blog post about 9/11 minutes before the events actually happened.)
This presumes that a time traveler’s greatest goal is to travel back in time and look smart in front of everyone by knowing about an event before it happens and composing the perfect Tweet about it. Sounds legit to me, what do you think?
