Reverse-engineering a Furby

The Furby was a somewhat unsettling toy from the beginning, with its wide staring eyes and its penchant for speaking nonsense that ALMOST sounded like real words. One intrepid engineer has figured out how to take apart and reverse engineer the Furby, and has kindly posted a tutorial so that you can do the same.
