Pirate Joe's taking fire from Trader Joe's

An enterprising Canadian entrepreneur, noting the lack of Trader Joe's stores in Canada, started making trips across the border to buy tons of groceries at Trader Joe's and resell them in Canada. The Canadian store, called Pirate Joe's, is being sued into next week by Trader Joe's. 

Which is unsurprising, unlike the news that people in Canada are willing to pay a 300% markup for Trader Joe's products. Don't get me wrong, I love Trader Joe's, but the cheap prices are kind of the whole point, aren't they?
