Pigeon pate in Amsterdam

Locally-sourced free-range food is all the rage these days, but where do you draw the line? In Amsterdam, chefs are serving up pate made from the livers of pigeons which are trapped right there in the city. An interesting solution to pigeon problems, surely, but I just can’t.

Do you have to be high to think this is a good idea? Because it’s Amsterdam and that would explain a lot.
