Man survives 3 days inside sunken ship

Thanks to a combination of physics and good fortune, ship's cook Harrison Okene was able to survive for three days in the wreckage of his ship, which sank off the coast of Nigeria and ended up about 100 feet below the surface. Okene was able to find a small air pocket, and fashioned a small raft which kept him out of the water (and thus prevented hypothermia).

After three days spent in the darkness listening to sharks and other fish devour his deceased crewmates, a salvage crew spotted his hand waving from the wreckage and rescued him. Lucky man!
