Disabled kitten learns to walk with specially-designed walker

I was shocked to learn that in 2011, 78% of new cat owners chose not to adopt their cats from a shelter. Why??? When there are kitties like this brave little fellow who was born with a neurological impairment, but learned how to walk with the aid of a specially designed walking frame. This kitten will melt your heart!
