City governments in France and Italy are trying to combat their citizens' taste for bottled water by installing water fountains that dispense sparkling water. I would literally drive up to these and spend an hour filling up plastic water jug after plastic water jug, I love sparkling water that much. MOMMY I WANT ONE.
