Cape Town has a baboon problem

Cape Town, South Africa is a thriving city which is growing every day. This has created a huge problem for residents who are in conflict with the troops of baboons which have become increasingly urbanized. The baboons attack shoppers to steal their food, climb the walls of apartment blocks to access open windows, and take anything that's not nailed down. Protection laws prevent residents from harming the baboons - and the baboons seem to know it. These aggressive panhandlers are becoming a menace, and no one is sure what to do.
