Bradley Manning is now Chelsea Manning

Army private and US prisoner Bradley Manning announced that she is officially transitioning to female, and wishes to be known as Chelsea Manning from this point forward. Various news agencies are fumbling over themselves to handle this news story, while Wikipedia did an admirable job of deftly changing Manning's entry. Within minutes of the announcement, Wikipedia searches for "Bradley Manning" were redirected to the Chelsea Manning page, and all of the pronouns had been changed. 

Thumbs up to the Wikipedia editors responsible for handling this situation with more decorum and human decency than all the other news agencies combined.
