Boiling water into snow: Cool but dangerous

It's the winter version of frying an egg on a hot summer sidewalk: if it's cold enough, you can throw a pot of boiling water into the air, and it will instantly freeze and drift down as snow. But if you're not careful, you'll end up scalding yourself. As over 50 people have so far, lured into trying this trick by local reporters who demonstrate it on air.

If you want to try this, be sure that the wind is at your back, and that you throw the water away from you - not up into the air above your head.
