All about bar fights

A little longer and heavier than our typical Just One More Link fare, but this article by a lawyer who use to specialize in litigating bar fights is utterly fascinating. In the course of his tenure as a bar fight lawyer (he represented an insurance agency which catered to dive bars), he learned a lot more about bar fights than most people probably ever will. His conclusions are an interesting look into humanity, and a complete contradiction to most what of us believe about bar fights, for better or worse.
