Did Mass Effect 4 details just leak?

Last week someone posted something interesting to Reddit. This person claimed that they had taken an online survey about Mass Effect 4, which was designed to gauge their excitement levels based on the marketing descriptions.

The survey didn't necessarily tell us anything more than we knew before, or could reasonably guess. Will you be surprised to learn that you can explore new planets? Probably not.

Although the whole thing seems a bit fishy, recall that there was a similar leak about Dragon Age: Inquisition which turned out to be legit.
