Borderlands creator bids adieu to Gearbox

The Borderlands series already lost head writer Anthony Burch, who was primarily responsible for the awesome writing in Borderlands 2. And now this week comes another blow: creator Matt Armstrong has left Gearbox Software.

Armstrong's departure comes right after the shutdown of 2K Australia, which is the studio that created Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.

All in all I have to say, things are not looking great for the Borderlands series, which makes me quite sad.
