Plus cheap slurpies, units and curriculum sales.

Saturday Steals & Deals: Freebies all over the web

Grab a free Book of Centuries from Simply Charlotte Mason. Here are some free Napoleon notebooking pages from Bright Ideas Press, too. I haven’t used either of these so I am not familiar with them—but I wanted to pass them along in case anyone can use them.

This weekend, you can get medium Slurpees at 7-11 stores for just 49 cents every day! This deal is valid from May 24 through May 27, 2013.

Royal Baloo has a free Star Wars printable pack—I may have to grab this one up, since Wood Sprite is a fast growing fan of the series. 3 Dinosaurs also has some Star Wars freebies.

Need a good way to memorize times tables and math facts? Show this Multiplication Poem freebie to your middle schooler or teen if they’re interested.

Get a hummingbird unit at CurrClick for just a buck.

Oak Meadow is having their annual spring sale until May 31. I really like their resources; if we used a complete curriculum, this would probably be it (this or Global Village School, that is). They’re very Waldorf-y.

Check out these free summer reading programs! I listed a few last week, but there are even more here. I don’t agree with incentive programs because they don’t encourage internally-motivated action, but I don’t mind logging the hours my kiddo reads myself, sending in the forms and getting her free stuff without using it as an incentive.

Here are some free nature studies—you could even use it for a 32+ week curriculum if you want.
